Arrest Warrants

 Failure to appear or pay on or before your court date, may result in a warrant being issued for your arrest and a charge of “failure to appear” or “violate promise to appear” may also be filed against you with a possible fine amount of up to $500 for each offense. 

Options are available for those who are not able to pay immediately, including payment plans. Payment plans must be requested in person. 

If you are indigent and lack sufficient resources to pay, you may be entitled to a waiver of fine and costs, in whole or in part. You must fill out a Statement of Inability to Afford Fine and Court Costs form approved by the Supreme Court of Texas.
